1. AGE REQUIREMENT

  • CLIENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD TO RECEIVE PERMANENT JEWELRY.
  • MINORS (UNDER 18) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
  • A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • WE DO NOT OFFER SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH PACEMAKERS OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE IMPACTED BY THE WELDING PROCESS.
  • PLEASE DISCLOSE ANY METAL ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES BEFORE SELECTING YOUR JEWELRY.
  • THE PROCEDURE IS QUICK AND PAINLESS, BUT CLIENTS MUST REMAIN STILL DURING WELDING FOR SAFETY.

3. JEWELRY & WARRANTY

  • ALL PERMANENT JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL—NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THE PIECE IS WELDED.
  • IF YOU LOSE THE PIECE THEN IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE THE ITEM.
  • WE USE HIGH-QUALITY 14K GOLD GOLD-FILLED, AND .925 STERLING SILVER. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR IS EXPECTED OVER TIME.
  • IF YOUR JEWELRY BREAKS DUE TO A WELDING ISSUE WITHIN 2 DAYS, WE’LL RE-WELD IT AT NO COST. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE PIECE WITH YOU, IF NOT WE CANNOT RE-WELD AND NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PIECE AFTER IT IS LOST.
  • AFTER 2 DAYS, RE-WELDING OR REPAIRS MAY INCUR A SMALL FEE OF $15.
  • IF YOU NEED TO REMOVE YOUR PIECE FOR MEDICAL REASONS OR OTHERWISE, WE OFFER A RE-WELD SERVICE FOR A FEE OF $15.

4. CUSTOMIZATION & SIZING

  • CLIENTS MUST APPROVE THEIR CHAIN SELECTION AND SIZING BEFORE THE PIECE IS WELDED.
  • ADJUSTMENTS AFTER WELDING REQUIRE CUTTING AND RE-WELDING, WHICH MAY INCLUDE A FEE.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME.

5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
  • WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND DIGITAL PAYMENT OPTIONS.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONCE THE JEWELRY HAS BEEN WELDED.
  • GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT DO NOT EXPIRE.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT TO A FUTURE APPOINTMENT OR REFUNDED BACK TO YOU.
  • NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
  • IF WE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE OFFERED A RESCHEDULE WHERE YOU DEPOSIT IS MOVED IT OR FULL REFUND.
  • GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS
  • WE OFFER PRIVATE PARTIES AND GROUP EVENTS. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR DATE.
  • TRAVEL FEES MAY APPLY FOR MOBILE OR POP-UP EVENTS BASED ON DISTANCE.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • WE MAY TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
  • IF YOU PREFER NOT TO BE FEATURED, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEGINS.

8. LIABILITY WAIVER

  • PERMANENT JEWELRY IS A VOLUNTARY COSMETIC SERVICE.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CARE, METAL SENSITIVITIES, OR EXTERNAL FACTORS SUCH AS SNAGGING.
  • BY RECEIVING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE OUR BUSINESS FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE JEWELRY APPLICATION OR REMOVAL.
